Elijah C. McSwain Sr. is a fourth generational preacher, Christian educator, pastor-teacher, Christian author, husband, father and devoted ambassador for Jesus Christ. As a follower of Jesus Christ, he is very studious about Christian orthodox and praxis. He is passionate and zealous about the work of the ministry. His objective in life is to present a Bible-based, theological-driven, faithful exposition, and doctrinal truth that will enhance the spiritual formation of every individual that comes within his vicinity. Elijah has a heart for leaving a legacy of biblical truth that stems from the Word of God intended to better equip other believers for generations to come.
As an avid believer, Elijah is committed to studying to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that need not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Tim. 2:15). His commitment to discipleship is seen in his personal study of God’s Word as well as his religious educational background. Within the field of Christian education, he is a graduate of Grace Christian University located in Grand Rapids, MI, where he received his formal theological and biblical training upon completion of his Master of Arts in Ministry degree (April 27, 2019). He has also received other extensive biblical and theological training from a local seminary, Higher Calling Bible College and Theological Seminary (Masters of Ministry and Bachelors of Ministry). His collegiate education also denotes that he is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration on December 12, 2008.
Elijah is active within the religious arena as he serves in the capacity of an Adjunct Professor at Southeastern Baptist College in Evangelism as well New Testament Historical Books, he serves in the pastoral role at Little Providence Baptist Church in Picayune, MS, he engages in ministry outreach through his podcast, The Christian Inquiry Podcast where he is the lead host, he is the CEO and Founder of The Christian Inquiry, and he is the author of The Great Debate Over The Doctrine Of Salvation. Formerly, he has served as Pastor of Mount Olive Baptist Church in State Line, MS and a volunteer ambassador for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Within his respective roles of servitude, he is enthusiastic about carrying out the mission of the kingdom to exalt the saints through biblical doctrine and point the lost to Christ through evangelism. Notably, he believes in being steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that his labor will not be in vain in the Lord (1 Cor. 15:58).
MARKIET LEWIS

Markiet Lewis is an avid Christian who is passionate about the work of the kingdom. He is committed to reach others for Christ through his witness, his Christian lifestyle and conduct, and the proclamation of the Gospel as well as the notion of seeing other believers develop spiritually through discipleship.
Markiet serves as Pastor of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church in Laurel, Mississippi. His prior pastoral assignment includes shepherding the St. John Baptist Church in Brooklyn, MS. In addition to his pastoral duties, he also serves as Instructor of Evangelism I and Evangelism II at Lift Bible Crusade College and Seminary, Incorporated in Ocean Springs, MS. He also serves as Deputy Chancellor and Coordinator of Online Courses at Lift Bible Crusade College and Seminary, Incorporated in Ocean Springs, MS. He is the General Secretary for the East Mississippi Baptist State Convention, Inc. and he serves as co-host of The Christian Inquiry Podcast.
His religious educational background involves him being the recipient of a Bachelor of Theology Degree in June 2014, Master of Ministry in July 2015, and Doctorate of Ministry in July 2017 all from Higher Calling Bible College and Theological Seminary in Hattiesburg, MS. Markiet also received his Bachelor of Science in Ministry and Leadership Degree at Grace Christian University in Grand Rapid, Michigan in January 2020.
In addition to his religious background, Markiet is a devoted family man, a husband and father, who leads his home by the premise of God’s Word.
PHILLIP MCSWAIN, JR.
CO-HOST
Phillip McSwain, Jr. is an inspired pastor/teacher who loves the Word of God. He is committed to faithful exposition, biblical accuracy, and theological soundness that points to the truth of God, the physical and divine work of His Son, and the filling functionality of the Holy Spirit. In his ministry, he is avid about refuting superficial and rationalized ideas that are antithetical to the Word of God. His motto is, "Dispelling unbiblical notions through the Word of God.”
Phillip is a graduate of Grace Christian University in Grand Rapids, MI with a Bachelor's Degree in Ministry and Leadership with an Emphasis in Pastoral Counseling. He is also a graduate of Higher Calling Bible College and Theological Seminary in Hattiesburg, MS, where he received a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Ministry. Phillip also has an Associate's Degree from Jones College in General Studies.
Additionally, Phillip is a licensed and ordained minister. He is currently serving as Pastor of the Starlight Missionary Baptist Church in Hattiesburg, MS. He was formerly on the ministerial staff of the Greater Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Gulfport, MS, where he oversaw the Young Adult Bible Study Ministry. He is a devoted and loving husband and father who models his home after Christian living.
